What’s Included in Your Cleaning Service?

Please review our thorough house cleaning checklist for a list of services we perform for each type of cleaning. Go to Home Cleaning Checklists.

What Should I Expect During My First Appointment?

When we arrive at your home, our lead home cleaning specialist will perform a quick walk-through of your home and inspect its condition. This is done to make sure everything matches our expectations of your home cleaning and that our service is accurately priced. If any adjustment needs to be made, we will first inform you by giving you a call and sending you an email; otherwise, we will proceed to clean your home. Your first clean generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with the new environment. Subsequent cleaning services will move along faster.

Do You Furnish the Cleaning Supplies?

Yes. We furnish everything needed free of charge to clean your home.

Do You Normally Clean With Environmentally Friendly Products?

Yes, we do. In every cleaning session, we use the best environmentally friendly cleaning products possible.

Some of the brands we clean with are Aspen Clean, Better Life, Bon Ami, Branch Basics, Dr. Bronner's Sal Sud, Lysol, 9 Elements, Method, Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day, Scrub Daddy, Seventh Generation, Young Living Thieves, and more.

Do I Need to Do Anything Before You Arrive?

The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up your home as much as possible. That way, the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their place. It’s best if people pick up or straighten up their items, like toys and clothes.

Will I Have the Same Cleaning Person Each Visit?

Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home. You will have a team of two cleaners (same team) for each cleaning.

What Will It Cost to Have My Home Cleaned?

The cost will depend on the size of your home and the type of cleaning required. The average price for a standard cleaning starts at $202 and for a deep cleanings starts at $299. Please note that the cost of your home cleaning also depends on the condition of your home. For more information, please contact our office at 703-594-9997.

*Average prices above based on the average size home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, and 2,000 sq. ft.

Are Your Prices Negotiable?

No. Our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide the best rates in the industry.

Do You Clean if People Smoke Indoors?

We do not! This is a strict policy, as we are adamant about providing an awesome experience for our customers but equally adamant about providing the safest working conditions for our cleaners.

Do I Need to Be Home the Day of Cleaning?

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you can rest assured about receiving a superior home cleaning service — guaranteed!

Can I Skip or Reschedule an Appointment?

If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like to be informed with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to a more convenient time or, if you wish, cancel it altogether.

How Will You Enter My Home on My Scheduled Days of Cleaning?

We leave this up to you; we will do whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1) You may give us a key. 2) You may leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning. 3) You may give us the code to the garage. 4) You may leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.

Can I Leave a Key?

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.

What if I Am Not Satisfied With My Cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your home cleaning for any reason, simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will return to reclean the area you are dissatisfied with at no cost to you.

Do You Offer House Cleaning Gift Cards?

We do not a rescheduling fee as long as it is done before 48 hours of your booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you reschedule or cancel before 48 hours, and if we have processed your payment, you will be able to receive a full refund on the scheduled cleaning; otherwise, we will release the hold placed on your credit card or debit card on file.

If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours but before 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, you will have a booking credit instead of a full refund, and we will charge no fee.

If you reschedule or cancel 24 hours or less before your scheduled cleaning, a 50% charge fee will be applied on the first occurrence and a full charge fee on the second occurrence and onward.

All fees are non-refundable.

Yes, it is. However, there is no suggested percentage; we recommend tipping whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your home cleaning specialist.

Am I Required to Enter or Give My Payment Information at the Time of the Booking?

Yes, we do require a credit card to hold the scheduled date and time of your cleaning session. However, your card is not charged at booking, it is simply placed on hold. We do not charge your card until after your cleaning session has been completed.

You can schedule your booking online by visiting our booking page or giving us a call. You will be charged once your cleaning session has been completed.
